I am new to the Town of Rutand having moved here just 1 1/2  years ago. I have  enyoyed learning about the history of the town. Our house decorations are intended to represent an early period in the history of Rutland. Our flying American Eagle projection is reminiscent of eagles soaring over Turkey Hill Pond.

This cheerful, patriotic home proudly celebrates the spirit of America with red, white, and blue buntings draped across the porch, while American flags wave in vibrant flower pots of festive colors. Welcoming visitors are charming statues of a dog, a cat, and Dobby from Harry Potter, each wearing a whimsical patriotic top hat. Completing the display is a garden flag that proudly reads, "With Liberty and Justice for All," creating a warm, colorful, and inclusive tribute to freedom and community. Don't forget to say "hi" to Snoopy when you stop by!

Thank you for the opportunity to display our Patriotic Theme from Starlight Farm.  We call it “The Barnyard Animals having Fun” as they celebrate the 4th of July.

Our display is a celebration of classic American heritage, historic roots, and small-town pride.  The historic made-in-America tractor came from a neighboring farm and is fully dressed up in stars, stripes, and festive patriotic garland.  The rustic, hardworking piece of Americana is complemented by the traditional red, white, and blue bunting draped on the farmer's porch.  To us, Independence Day is about honoring our history, enjoying the beauty of the land, and celebrating the deep roots of our community.

A patriotic Fourth of July light display featuring over 250 American flags. The flags are positioned in rows to create a striking visual effect,  Red, white, and blue lights highlight the yard in a vibrant glow across the display. As darkness falls, the combination of colorful lighting and hundreds of waving flags creates a dramatic tribute to our nation's independence, symbolizing unity, pride, and remembrance.   The flagpole tree LED lights display a Red, White and Blue Freedom light show.

For us, the Fourth of July has never been just about fireworks or parades. It is about childhood friends playing cornhole on the front lawn, the kids we grew up with now growing up alongside our own, backyard BBQs, campfires, porch beers, late summer nights, and that feeling of everyone coming together.

This display is a little red, white, blue, and a whole lot of HOME: hometown, old friends, memories, and everyone who makes this community feel like more than a place. It is a celebration of the people, the stories, and the small-town moments that make the Fourth feel like more than a holiday.
